If you have the Goose app you can do this on your own! Open the app and from the home screen, select the icon in the top right corner (or swipe in from the left side of your screen) to open the side menu.
Select “Account”, then choose what you want to update:
- Select 'Profile' to update your address, app password, home address, language preference or phone number
- Select 'Family' to add family members to your profile
- Select 'Payment' to add new credit cards to your profile. Note that adding a card does not automatically switch your preferred method of payment if you have recurring payments setup. Please contact us after you've added a payment card and we can make these kinds of changes.
Note that passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of both letters and numbers.
