Thanks for sharing the love! When your friends & family 1) click on your referral link, 2) download the app and 3) complete their Goose profile, our system will add referral credits to your Goose account, normally within a few minutes.
You don't need to enter any special codes to use these credits - they will be applied automatically when you complete a purchase, either through the Goose app or with an agent. (You can check your account balance by clicking on the giftbox icon in the top right corner of the app.)
If it's been more than 24 hours since the person you referred completed their account and you haven't received your credits yet, please contact us and we'll look into it. Please provide us with the name and email address of the individual you referred, either by chat or email (email@example.com).
