If you're answering the Medical Questionnaire (required for travellers aged 60 and over), travel immunizations would not be considered a 'medical treatment' as they are a general preventative measure.
For all age groups, any reactions to the immunizations that occur within the seven days before departure would be considered a medical condition though, and would be excluded from coverage during the trip.
