Yes, you can add optional “Baggage” coverage to your Goose single trip travel medical insurance policy or Trip Cancellation/Interruption policy (not available on annual plans). Baggage coverage is not offered as a stand-alone policy, but must be added to another Goose product.
This will provide you with $1,500 coverage for loss or damage to your personal belongings brought with you on the trip. It will also pay up to $200 for personal necessities, if your baggage is delayed beyond 12 hours.
There are some limitations on the policy, such as a maximum of $100 for lost cash, and no coverage for cell phones or computers. Be sure to check the policy wording, or talk to a Goose agent, for full details.
