Yes, you can. If you decide to not go on your trip, you can request a cancellation of your policy within the Goose app or by calling a Goose agent at 1-888-374-6673. If the policy has not yet become effective, a full refund may be available.
If it has taken effect, you could still be eligible for a partial refund. Please note, a $25 minimum & retained premium applies if the policy has already taken effect.
If I come home early can I get a partial refund?
