Yes, you can. If you decide not to go on your trip, you can request a cancellation of your policy within the Goose app or by calling a Goose agent at 1-888-374-6673. If the policy has not yet taken effect, a full refund may be available.
If it has taken effect, you could still be eligible for a partial refund. Please note, a $25 minimum & retained premium applies if the policy has already taken effect.
Trip Cancellation coverage cannot be refunded after it has been purchased, since the coverage kicks in as soon as you buy it and is considered fully earned.
Trip Interruption may be refunded, if the request to cancel is made before the departure date - please contact a Goose Agent for more details.
