You can either submit a claim online, over the phone or even in-person. Either:

1. Start your claim online here, or 
2. Call Claims at TuGo using one of the numbers below, depending on where you're currently located

If you are hospitalized while on your trip, call Claims at TuGo immediately:

• Outside N. America & Mexico (global toll-free): *800-663-00399 (Yes, there's an extra '0' there)
• Worldwide (collect): **604-278-4108

If you can’t reach Claims at TuGo using the numbers listed above or by making a collect call, call them direct at 1-604-278-4108 and Claims at TuGo will reimburse the charges incurred for making this call.
